What a journey it has been from a unhealthy 260lbs to being consistently around 210lbs. Over the course of this journey I have lost 50lbs. The truth is you can't just get up one day and say " I am going to be fit". Losing weight is not a simple walk in the park. I consider weight loss a marathon that keeps on repeating itself. You can't just eat healthy or go to the gym for a day or two and expect to see results. That's just not how it works. It's about your dedication, commitment and being consistent. In all weight loss journeys your only competition is yourself. That person in the mirror that's who you working hard for.
